Destiny T-Shirt Celebrates Peter Dinklage’s Infamous Line of Dialogue
Even if you didn't make it into the Destiny Alpha, by now you may have heard people joke about the line “that wizard came from the moon.” Rather than shy away from it, Bungie is now selling a “that wizard came from the moon!” t-shirt, which became the best-selling item on the Bungie store within an hour.
The line is delivered by Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage, who voices the player’s robot companion in the game. We've just seen Dinklage perform some memorable monologues in the fourth season of Game of Thrones, but some players in the Destiny Alpha found his voice acting stiff and awkward, especially with the now infamous line.
Bungie says that the t-shirt is for players who want to remember their time with the Destiny Alpha. It costs $25 and will be available for a limited time only. All profits from sales of this item will be donated to charity through the Bungie Foundation.
