Learn how to draw Pokemon on your 3DS this fall

Pokémon Art Academy, the upcoming 3DS and 2DS game that teaches you to draw Pokémon like Pikachu and Charizard, will launch in Europe on July 4 and in North America sometime this fall, Nintendo announced today. Previously, the game was confirmed only for Japan.

At launch, it will be available at retail and through the eShop, though pricing was not disclosed in today's announcement.

In Pokémon Art Academy, you can take part in 40 different lessons that teach you how to illustrate characters like Pikachu, Charizard, Oshawott, Fletchling, and Torchic, among others. When you're finished, you can share your creations through Miiverse or save your work to an SD card and print it out.
