Riot and Coke partner with Kinepolis and Multikino to bring the LCS to cinemas
As League of Legends grows as a game, so does the audience. To reach more people and to bring that excitement from the studios closer to the crowd, Coke Zero and Riot Games have partnered with Kinepolis and Multikino. This partnership currently affects Belgium and Poland but might be the start of something bigger.
Tickets in Kinepolis are sold at 20 euro's a piece and there will be an analysis of the game presented live by Kopitz and MizunoBot, who will be dishing it out in Dutch and French. Broadcast itself will be in English. Only available date currently for Kinepolis is the 31st of July with only a little amount of seats open for the taking. To find out more about the show you can follow this link.
In Poland, you'll be able to check out the games in three Multikino cinemas which are in Warsaw, Katowice and Wroclaw. Tickets will be available for around 5 euro's. In Wroclaw you'll be able to meet Rock, Katowice will be joined by Roj and in Warsaw you can find the SKKF-em guys. All games will be shoutcasted in English. Same as in Kinepolis, only available date is the 31st of July. More information can be found at the following link.
How do you feel about this step and would you go see the games in a cinema closeby?
