HSC IX concludes with Yun ‘TaeJa’ Young Seo claiming his third HSC title
The South Korean wunderkid TaeJa takes his third Homestory Cup in a row after smashing Jang 'MC' Min Chul 4-0 in one of the most one-sided grand finals in recent memory. This now pushes the 17-year olds earnings close to $200,000, barely pushing him out of the overall top earners in SC2.
But aside from TaeJa's triumph, two non-Korean players in Sacha 'Scarlett' Hostyn and Antoin 'Dayshi' Stievenart made up the 3rd/4th place finishes in Krefeld this weekend, marking the first time in almost a year since non-Koreans made up half of the top 4 finishers.
