Miles ‘Daydreamin’ Hoard talks about his post-relegation situation on reddit
Having joined Team Coast when they were still known as Good Game University in the NA LCS spring split of 2013, Daydreamin contributed to the freshly started team and their dream-run in the seasons' playoffs, which garned ultimately garnered them a 2nd place finish after an incredibly close Bo5 series against TSM that took America's most established LoL team to the final fifth game.
Surely enough atmosphere on the team felt good and we ended up going on our cinderella run for first place at the end of the first split only to lose to TSM in a pretty close B05. I still remember the confetti that exploded on TSM's side spilling over to ours while we sat there in defeat :(.
Hoard continues on talking about how the addition of current-day Digntias midlaner Danny 'Shiphtur' Le, as well as Cody 'Elementz' Sigufsson as a coach affected their overall morale and hopes for the subsequent season of the split, but left them ultimately clashing with each other's respecitive philosophies.
Finally. the former Coast-support brings up what his future plans are now that his team has become relegated. He has so far reached out to Riot in the hopes of coming onboard as a observer for the LCS, but he doesn't leave out the option of perhaps returning to Summoner's Rift as a competitor if the opportunity arises.
Currently I'm trying to get an broadcast observer position at riot, but I'm honestly not sure what I would do if I got an offer to join an LCS team. Playing in the LCS was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had and I would love to give it another year, but I don't have time to wait around!
