#ESINYC recap and shifting focus to Hall Of Fame 2019
After months of preparation, the inaugural #ESINYC has come and gone in a flash.
We had a fantastic time and were able to host a number of the biggest and brightest names from across the industry to debate and inform on some of the most pressing matters in esports.
Over 30 speakers, in excess of 275 delegates, five engaging panel sessions, four roundtables and some of the most unique networking opportunities all from the Tribeca Rooftop in Manhattan, New York City.
Joining us for our first ever event in North America were the likes of Team Vitality‘s Nico Maurer, compLexity Gaming founder, Jason Lake, Dustin Sweeney from HKS INC, Saira Mueller from Gen.G and many, many more.
If you missed #ESINYC or want to get misty eyed like we do, you can look through our gallery –– we’ve posted even more pictures on our Facebook page.
Sam Cooke, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Esports Insider, commented: “ESI New York was our best event to date and a great to way to introduce ourselves to North America.
“It was an amazing day, and we’d like to thank everyone that took part, attended, sponsored and helped make it happen.
“We’re now shifting our focus entirely for our first major event on the West Coast of the US.
“Our second ESI Hall of Fame will take in Los Angeles at Nixon Peabody LLP on June 10th. Early bird tickets are available now, and we guarantee it’ll be a cracking way to kick off E3 week.”
Our next event is the 2019 edition of the ESI Hall of Fame and we’ll be racking up the air miles once again!
Taking place at Nixon Peabody in Los Angeles, we will recognise those individuals who have built, moulded and continue to shape the esports industry.
Last year we named Michal ‘Carmac’ Blicharz, Jason Lake and Chris Puckett as our first Hall of Fame inductees.
While we’re keeping tight-lipped over who the next three are going to be, we can confirm it’s going to be a bumper event.
You can secure your early bird tickets now!
